Every price is quoted in writing before you pay, so you always know what you are paying for. Here is what happens if plans change.
The 50% deposit for a Slate, Marble or Granite build is non-refundable. It reserves your place in my schedule and pays for the planning and design work that starts once it clears.
If I end the project myself, I refund any part of the deposit that is more than the value of the work already done.
You can cancel at any time by email. I keep the deposit and send you the work completed so far. If the work done is worth more than the deposit, the difference is billed at my $75 hourly rate.
The final 50% is paid when you approve the preview, before your site goes live, and is not refunded after launch. Instead, for 30 days after launch I fix anything that does not work as described in your agreement, at no charge.
Add-ons and Update Days are quoted in writing before you pay. If you cancel before work starts, you get a full refund. Once work has started, the payment is not refundable.
Either plan can be cancelled with 30 days' notice by email. You are billed through the notice period. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded for partial months.
Domains, premium fonts, stock photos and other services you buy from other companies follow those companies' own refund rules.
Email ricky@siltstonestudio.com with your name and invoice number. I reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear.
