These terms cover your use of this website. Paid work is covered by a separate Client Services Agreement that we both sign before anything starts.
By using siltstonestudio.com you agree to these terms. Please do not use the site for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, or copy it to pass off as your own work.
Prices on this site are in US dollars and do not include Texas sales tax, which is added where the law requires it. The estimator shows the published price for the options you pick. Your agreement sets the final price. Your actual price is written in your Client Services Agreement or in a written quote, and does not change once you have agreed to it. Prices on this site may change for future projects.
A project only begins once we both sign a Client Services Agreement. If anything on this site differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls.
The design, text, logo, photographs and code of this website belong to Siltstone Studio LLC. You may share links to it, but please do not copy or reuse its content without written permission.
Sample builds under /work/ are demonstrations of my work. Businesses shown there are fictional unless they are marked as client work.
Once your final payment is made, the design, code and content I create for you are yours, as set out in your agreement. Your domain name is always yours, registered in your name, from day one.
This site links to client sites and other services I do not control. I am not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
The information here is general and offered in good faith. This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. Nothing here is a guarantee of search rankings, traffic or sales.
To the extent the law allows, Siltstone Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Liability for paid work is set out in your Client Services Agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state courts of Bell County, Texas.
